We will fectch you from the airport & proceed to Bohorok/Bukit
Lawang, the orangutans rehabilitation
centre. The journey leads you past the
scenic rubber & palm oil plantations. In the afternoon you will arrive in
Bahorok. Overnight stay in Eco Lodge Bukit Lawang Cottages, located directly
on the bank of Bahorok river.

Bahorok - see the Sumatran orangutans at the feeding
area. After breakfast, we
will walk for around 45 minutes at the side of Bohorok river to the orangutans
feeding area. Prior to arrival at rehabilitation centre you have to cross the
river by small wooden canoe. then do a short climbing through the tropical
rainforest at the slope of Mt.Leuser. watching the part ranger feeds the
orangutans. It is suggested to have comfortable sportive
shoes. On your way
back to hotel, enjoy picnic lunch with jungle bath (optional) at Elephant
stone. The rest of the free at your own program. Overnight stay in Eco Lodge
Bukit Lawang Cottage.
